Change of Mind Policy

  1. Subject the rest of this policy, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase of a Thecrystalgarden.com.au Exclusive Brand product, The Crystal Garden Australia will allow a return for store credit or exchange product where you have changed your mind, provided that the item in question is:
  2. returned within 14 days of receiving order;
  3. as new and is not used, worn, or opened and has all original packaging and tags in-tact (including any package seals (if any) being unbroken);
  4. in a resalable condition; and
  5. not damaged in any way.
  6. We cannot accept change of mind returns on items that come in sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken beyond reseal repair. Products must be returned in their original packaging, along with all included accessories, be in new condition suitable for resale, and must not have been damaged during the time the product is in your possession, including up until we receive the product.
  7. To return your item for change or mind, you must follow our returns process, or the returns process of the relevant Seller.
  8. You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping. If the item is not received by us or the seller, you will not be eligible for a refund, credit or exchange. We recommend you insure high value items that you return for change of mind.
  9. You may be provided with a product exchange, refund or store credit (at our discretion or at the discretion of the Seller) only when the returned product is received, and it complies with the requirements of clause 17.1.
  10. If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to your nominated address.
  11. You must notify us via the  Help Centre within 14 days of taking delivery of your product and request a return under this policy.
  12. If there is no proof of the delivery date it will be assumed to be 3 business days from the date of dispatch of the product.
  13. The product must be returned to us within 10 business days of your request to return your product.
  14. You must return the product at your own cost and you must comply with the directions for returning the product that our staff provide to you. The product will remain your responsibility during transit until they are received at the address supplied by our staff. We do not accept any liability for any loss or damage which may occur during transit.
  15. After receiving the returned product, we will issue a store credit as soon as is reasonably practicable and you will be provided with e-mail acknowledgement.
  16. This Change of Mind policy excludes commercial and reseller sales.
  17. We reserve the right to make changes to this Change of Mind Policy without notice.
  18. This Change of Mind Policy is in addition to the The Crystal Garden Australia Minimum Voluntary Warranty Policy.
  19. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
  20. Change of mind returns are not accepted for intimates, which includes underwear, hosiery, socks, swimwear and adult toys due to hygienic reasons. Remedies for defective goods are still available. Under no circumstances can change of mind returns for digital access codes or downloadable software be accepted.
  21. The following goods are excluded under this policy:
    Pendants and necklaces.
